Dark filament in 3-D through C8 telescope.

Post by Valery »

Hi all,

Here is the image of a large dark filament in H-a. Image taken with C8 telescope equipped with full aperture ARIES DERF (two bands).
The dark filament has almost 3-D view.

Thanks for looking.

Valery

Yes, it was based on a PST Mod2.

Valery.

That's an amazing image Valery, do you have a raw unprocessed image we could see?

Nice one, Valery. As you’ve said before, there is often much to see at hi-res, even at solar min.

That's a superb image! Do you use the same barlow lens with your Ha images as you use with the CaK images with the C11 Valery?
