Another FD 03-26
Again this morning a short imaging session.
Seeing was fair but I can't make a "flat frame" with a cereal diffuser bag before my Lunt front filter (I am unable to do that).
So this is again a image without a flat frame and with uneven illumination.
DS Lunt LS 60F/ 35F
Camera ASI 120 MM-S
This is the single stack image.

Re: Another FD 03-26
You can still see a faint prom on the right limb. The detail is there.

Re: Another FD 03-26
Yes indeed, it was very faint today but it was just visible with my 60 mm scope.

Hi Maurits,
Good images. Interesting is that your single etalon image has a very good illumination, just crank down a bit the brightness and the ¿ double stack ? has the hotspot out of the center.
Have you tried to change the angle between the bottom and the top etalon ?
How is your Sun image oriented ? I have the feeling that North in your images is on the left side ¿?

Re: Another FD 03-26
It's not oriented Rainer, I forget it.
I believe that the post processing from the two above double stack images is are bit overdone.
When I look to your FD's, than I have a lot to learn ...
