Sol from the 28th of June 2020.
Hi:
Hard to see the Sun at my place, starts hazy, cloudy and rains, so one has to keep looking if there is a hole in the clouds and if the haze ramaining can be imaged.
Nevertheless, tried and something came out, thanks for looking so many shots taken with the Solarmax 90, the 102mm f/9 Meade with a CaK mod, and the 102mm f/7 Stellarvue with a Baader 4X telecentric and an old Daystar T-scanner filter, some were taken with a 0.5X reducer at the nose of the camera (SKYnyx -2-2), and some without it.
Best of this starting week, keep safe.
Eric.

Mark, Christian, Jochen and Peter:
Thanks for the feedback, BTW Peter, No I have never combined Ha prominence shots with surface CaK shots, but the funny part is that my CaK etalon gives me sometimes a better view of prominences, and sometimes more of them as shown in the Ha shots.
Best regards to all.
Keep safe,
Eric.

Re: Sol from the 28th of June 2020.
Eric,
Your pictures, especially the close up ones remind me of the impressive views I got under good seeing conditions on the 28th. I could see the vast majority of what your images show, especially on the limb. The proms and spicules. Your disc detail however exceeds what I could see visually. It's awesome when your pictures confirm what I have seen!

Excellent set of captures Eric.
For a quiet disk, good to see all the proms over the last three days (and more) ??
