Alexandra: I hope it is OK to post few moon images on Sunlit Earth
The two close ups were done with the HaT at full focal length and the ZWO 174 camera: Frederic says the scope should resolve objects less than 1 Km wide. The disk was taken with an Evostar 72mm and the ZWO 178 camera: I think it is a good match of scope and camera.

Of course Frank, it is reflected sunlight
These are absolutely incredible, especially the second photo as I feel I can reach out and touch the Moon

Re: Moon views on August 30th, 2020
Excellent results there, Franco. Looks great!
It looks like you might have slightly blown out (overexposed) the middle crater in the second image (Proclus I think?). That's always tricky to get right and pick up on high(er) resolution lunar images though. I personally use the preset/filter in Sharpcap that highlights overexposed areas to get my exposure just right. Not sure if Firecapture (if that's what you're using) has something similar.

Re: Moon views on August 30th, 2020
Thank you Stu, Alexandra and Jochen for your nice comments. Jochen: I probably brightened up too much the second image as Mark T told me the last moon images I posted showed dark on his monitor. I will replace when I have a chance.

Excellent effort Franco.
With our Sun being relatively quiet, it's good to see what else can be imaged so well as yours.
Thanks vm
Terry
