Randall asked in a PM how I colour my images, I'll post it here in case anyone else wants a try :)

Have your B&W image and make sure to check in Photoshop

Image - Mode - RGB (it won't work in Grayscale)

Then click

Image - Levels

(I think you need to click on the images to see the full picture ;) )

change to Red and in the central box put the value 1.7
change to Green and add the value 0.6
change to Blue and add the value 0.2
OK

Then go to
Image - Color Balance

and change to 'Highlights' and shift the 'yellow'
in fact you can shift all the sliders to yours hearts content but this amount leads to the image shown :)

I have started using GIMP to colorize the B&W GONG images that I don't download from DayStar. It's easy and effective.
