Don't redirect back and forth on "say thanks"
Just a small "nice to have" request: is it possible to change how the "say thanks" (thumbs up) button works? Could it, instead of redirecting to a "You have just thanked for the post." page and back, only show a small pop-up as the "All notifications have been marked as read" one?

On the same subject:
It seems odd to have a thumbs down to show one has thanked a poster.
A thumbs down is the very opposite of one's original intentions.
Dare I suggest a simple, raised thumb for conveying approval to the poster?
Without the need to show the reverse as proof of having done so.
