My last spectroheliogram in CaII H light at 3968 Å, taken with my self-built Hires spectrograph POSS (POrtable Solar Spectrograph) 2 on last April 23 The instrument (photo attached) is a Littrow that I modified in some points to improve the yield of digital spectroheliograms. The instrument, one of the 5 Littrow Hires spectrographs built by me, was dedicated exclusively to the acquisition of spectroheliograms in the UV part of the spectrum.

Re: CaII H spectroheliogram
Hi.highfnum.
The configuration of the instrument is Littrow (autocollimating optics) modified by me with an off axis adjustable slit and others modifications. The spectrograph optics is a SW 80/600 ED doublet, while the optics of telescope is a cheap 70/400 Celestron acro refractor. The spectrograph grating is a 2400 g/mm Edmund Optics.
Details of configuration and construction of this instrument and others similar will be find in my book (thread atop this topic of Solar Chat)
