I missed the beginning of the flares, but I could capture a few images between passing clouds. Unfortunately the seeing deteriorated quickly, so only one high res image.

Thanks for the kind words, guys!

What I particularly like about high res imaging is that the resolution allows to make connections between the images and the solar physics stuff in books and papers, in this case two-ribbon flares, the filament marking the magnetic neutral line of the active region etc.
