halpha sun and WL on 8 May

Post by stef41 »

good evening to all,

Beautiful blue sky this afternoon in my little corner of France, allowing to observe the sun and its spots despite a small north-east wind not very annoying.

At the fs60 with its sm40 double stack, BF10, glasspath x1.7 and zwo178mm on my GP around 2pm UT

Hi

Your first image is pretty much as I saw in the Rumak 180 PST Mod2.

Light bridge in the large spot with a plage flat shallow bowl under it.

Teapot with steam coming out of the spout, with a line of old steam under, by the gas flame.

Is the processing different for the second image?

Cheers. Andrew.
