After some searching to get the settings and setup of the SS, it starts to get a bit better.
With the ASI290MM (smaller sensor) I can use the 0.5x reducer without vignetting, thanks for the advise.
No flats used.

A wonderful result I think I am still a way off finding the right set up. I really must learn how to use the tilt adapter

I have a lot of tilt and have placed black insulation inside the tilt adapter because I wanted no incoming light.
