6-12 Ha Sketch

Post by torsinadoc »

Lunt 60 DS + Baader 8-24 zoom
non tracking Alt-Az mount
Seeing 3/5
Transparency 2-3/5
Temp: 78F, 70% humidity

Procreate sketching software and PS (histogram to lighten and flip the image)

I tried a different technique and used different charcoal brushes. I like charcoal base for proms and adding details with small pencil. I am still learning the software and should spend some time on youtube with tutorials.

Sketching on the iPad uses a lot of battery and it ran out of juice in the middle of the continuum sketch. I will try later

Aha, mystery solved, thank you. Great to 'meet' you & see your little dog. We have a little white West Highland Terrier so your dog caught my eye straight away. Ours likes to bask in the sun while I watch it!

This is amazing :bow :bow :bow
Lovely to see to you too, I missed the dog though, my Zoom only shows those who talk unless I scroll at the top, I must be missing a setting ;)

Thanks. Its a work in progress. I really enjoy TRYING to sketch. Orientation with an Alt-Az mount can be tricky

Use Tilting Sun and images from GONG, SDO and the KSO to help orient you.
