Hi everyone...

Last Sunday morning (June 5th) Sandy and I sat on the front porch enjoying our after breakfast coffee and as usual, I had my camera close by. The pics below show some of the many avian visitors that we had at the bird feeders. The robin and turkey vulture pics were taken later that evening in the neighboring corn field.

There is no shortage of activity around the feeders at any hour of the day

After finishing my coffee, it was solar observing time.

I do love these immensely, look at the plumage on the Blue Jay

I do think I am learning my American species now and spotted the woodpecker error. I have commented many times on Stephen's pictures and the woodpecker with the red-head is actually a Red-bellied Woodpecker, it always makes me laugh as it has a red head and I can never spot the red belly
