The position of this filament was near ideal this morning. The seeing was typical (bad) but I've learned to have faith in the processing to produce some good results. I used an LS80 with an ASI1600 for a full disk and a Stellarview 127 and Quark for high res views with the ASI1600 under various ROI settings.
In the afternoon, I switched to a double stacked LS152 to produce a better tonal balance between the filament and the disk compared to the single stack arrangement in the morning. Notice that in some images the limb shows right through the filament (single stack) and doesn't show in the double stack image.
