The Glasshouse Mountains, Queensland Australia

Post by Martin_S »

Today was a brilliant day for sungazing, but I promised the wife we would go out for the day, so the telescopes had a rest day.
We drove about 90 mins north of Brisbane up the highway, then a steep climb up Wild Horse Mountain to the lookout that gives some if the best views in Queensland. The Mountains are the Glasshouse Mountains that were first observed by Captain Cook on his exploration voyage to Australia.
