Sun of 20220517

Post by Sergio Alessandrelli »

Hi to all

This is a full disc mosaic of the sun (29 panel). I had some problem stitching some of the panels so the disc is not perfect ;)
I used a William Optics FLT132, SolarSpectro SO 1, with a Baader D-ERF and a Baader TZ4.

Thank in advance for your suggestions

Sergio

A 29 panel mosaic is impressive! As is the resulting image when viewed full size! Great work, Sergio!

Now I have to found a good setting of the gamma value on my Basler/imx174 camera to have a better view of prominences
