Steve,
Your images closely parallel my white light visual views today but I never saw the spot group on the north central part of the disc. Your images must have been a bit later than my observations were and the spot group grew a bit. It was visible as tiny pores on the SDO images at the time of my observations but I never saw them through the scope. I only noticed them on the SDO images, and yours, afterwards. My eyes can miss my friend.
