Hi all,
I am practising my animations so this is my processing of an SDO CME on 10th July 2022. I have cropped the relevant part, and used frames 100 to 125 (out of 144 total frames). It is in the 171 Angstrom wavelength (extreme ultra violet). It is an animated .gif file. The original .mp4 file is 13.1 MB big. Software used included PIPP and Photoshop.
I hope you like it !

me likey!
This is an erupting prominence which is also pretty cool.
For Coronal Mass Ejections look at the SOHO LASCO cameras at https://soho.nascom.nasa.gov/data/realtime/c3/512/. They have a black circle blotting out the Sun in the center and a much, much larger field of view to catch the giant CME.
Keep it up.
