Combo Quark and TZ4 first light

Post by Martin_S »

My TZ4 arrived today so I quickly set it up for testing on my 102mm F10 frac. I used a focal reducer to reduce the oversampled F40 image to an acceptable sampling rate for my ASI174mm. The weather was windy and cloudy and the seeing was so so. I got a few images before the clouds and a rain shower cut short my day. The image train with the TZ4 is long , but the results were amazing.

These look good Martin. Very nice detail, contrast and coloration.
