Cerro Tololo B-Class flare 12/08/2022

Post by AndiesHandyHandies »

Hi

Been trying to compare my visual view of the surface with FD images on the forum. Or elsewhere but no luck.

I have picked up the flare bottom left on here

Image20220812125312Ch HR V01 by Andrew Huskinson, on Flickr

Generally I think I can see what can be imaged, without excessive stretching burning out details.

I have a bit of contrast control with the polariser.

Must try some small area images with my donated CCD next.

Cheers. Andrew.
