Yes, these are indeed vines along the fence. Normally I will have grapes to taste in September!

I live in the French cereal region ("la Beauce"), the horizon is clear and if we move away from the cities (as it is my case ) : no more street lamps and a milky way which goes from one horizon to the other. Yes, these are indeed vines along the fence. Normally I will have grapes to taste in September!
