Filament parade on Aug 13

Post by gabrieli »

Today was a good day for low and medium res images. I used a double stacked LS60MT and LS152, both recording with a ZWO ASI1600 altering the ROI. There were a many proms around but the main feature was a filament grouping approaching the western limb which I hope produces some interesting filaproms..

The inverted images show the filaments especially well. Lot's of depth! The fifth one down is my favorite!
