Observations 17/09/2022 Proms

Hi

90mm TS Triplet F6.7, 2" 40nm, T2 Baader Prism, Energy dump & 20mm baffle in T2 Pass-28.5mm,
9mm baffle on 4.2x, Chromo, 20mm baffle on 1.25" Helical focuser,
20mm baffle on polariser on 32mm Meade SP 4000 with added 20mm field stop.

9.30 BST Clear-ish. Still

2.30 Busy spicules area. Little bright rounded prom, gap under at right. small blob with smaller one over. Little pyramid. Little blob. Little arch. Open pyramid.

1.00 Double fuzzy spikes right one larger.

11.00 Fuzzy carpenters square pointing down. Little hedge with open pyramid next to it.

5.30 Small fuzzy hedge

4.00 Two small bright spikes. Top one feeding twin fuzzy spreading arches. Tiny pyramid with feed to lower arch. Small open pyramid.

9.40 BST

On GOES sudden drop so flare due?

Thanks for the report Andrew, i'm sat outside setup ready but are struggling with cloud streamers coming down the Cheshire gap...

When I was out yesterday the lines of Simpsons clouds were moving the worst way.
