Dropped my histogram to 80s but retained critical sampling - seeing was okayish but not perfect and I do not know if that was, again, a wise decision. Still unsure if histogram should top 90 and how to go for the proms when I intend to blacken the disk.
Processing with the data in the 80s was subjectively harder, although I kept reading that it should be easier to stretch. No way I can have a bright prom and a bright diskt the same time. I am also a bit confused whether anything above 50 quality shots for stack matters in solar and whether I should shoot more than 1000 frames at the time.
Anyway, here they are. Let me know what you liked and, in particular, what you disliked, will be helpful as I go along. Particularly interested to hear which one of the same shots/different processing look the best to you

Re: 14 Sep 2022 full disk and details
Visually, this detail looked like someone (to me, visually again, like a girl with a ponytail) hanging from the edge of the Sun...captivating. My wife looked at the photo and said...'no way'.
That is why visual is irreplaceable.

Very nice! I prefer the non inverted version.

I think they all came out well ! I particularly like #3 and 5 from the top where the prom is brighter, but they are all very nice.

Re: 14 Sep 2022 full disk and details
Thank you all for your comments. I reckon I should have made separate shots with higher exposition just for the proms...so that they do not get burned out in postprocessing when trying to make them brighter.
Mark, interesting comment and very welcome, most people seem to prefer inverted, looks like a cheat code almost...until you run I guess into an active region where it is just pretty and confusing and not really informative.
