Seeing was consistent but the winds were not. The little lightweight mount I use for solar imaging struggled and failed to keep the scope steady at times today.
Bit to warm to do any time lapse here today, hope someone got that westen limb over the course of some time.

Todays mosaic was 16 panels, I have started to overlap quite a bit to try for a better blend between panels (mixed success more affected by temp seeing conditions).
Have noticed the Daystar Quark tends to show have a slight change of contrast over part of the frame, I suspect this is the quark and not the optics at this point. It may also be a slight shift in bandwidth across the quark which is creating this effect as well. This has been present in the quark since first light with it, under exposing seems to help with the issue.

Nice disk, any change in contrast will be the quark, it's their uneveness that makes them famous...
