Lovely sunny day in Sydney today. Breezy and seeing was not so good.
Some H-alpha and a full disk image.
Lovely complex long faintish prominence in the South.

Wow Richard, what an amazing catch of that prom! Most Sunspots I can recall since I bought the Lunt 3 years ago. Splendid images!

Agreed!! The continuum views are really nice too. I have been unable to study these regions with my scopes since I have been largely cloudlocked now for a week. It's been mostly very low power Lunt solar binocular views. I thank you and all the other SolarChat members for the images you have posted so I can see these very interesting regions. I also give the professional community an " Ode to Joy " too!
