Quiet sun January 27-28, 2023

Post by ffellah »

Hello all: on Friday only a short window of opportunity to shoot, on Saturday more time for a session. The sun is relatively quiet but I did not want to miss another week. Experimenting with the new Lunt wedge and different cameras.

Hope you had a nice and sunny weekend.

Franco

These look great Franco :bow

Too bad the activity has waned from what it was, but according to SpaceWeather there may be some new activity appear early in the week.

Thank you Alexandra, Arne, Mark, Stu and Warren. Mark: for the CaH sunspots closer look I used the PG Flea 3 3.2Mp camera, my oldest one. It still does really well in certain circumstances.
