I have a feeling Lunt doesn't make it anymore, or it's only made to order. As usual, I chose my own solution and I am satisfied with it. It is not a commercial product, but the production is easy and the price is low.

I'm very interested in feedback on this as well. I live at 7300 feet and generally need to get to within about 1/4 turn of end-of-travel to get my Lunt on band. This, or something like it, might be convenient to have.
