It depends on the scope aperture and fps rates.
What are your imaging goals and with what aperture / fps?

Or do you mean what time during the day?

I take my shots most if possible at zenith position and moving max 2 hours to the West.

In the morning and evening in general. In these 2 times there is a time window of thermal equilibrium between air and surrounding. Inbetween is often thermal activity because of the temperature gradient (bad for seeing). Wind can improve seeing in these times, but not always.
I prefer the mornings.

I live in Rome and I'm practically in the centre, my terrace faces east and I can take pictures on average until 12 am, often the best photos come out by 10.30/11.30 am, after which the seeing degrades. in summer the terrace becomes a furnace, and if you wet the ground a lot of steam rises. sometimes I managed to come up with something good even with the sun high but they are special cases.
