Moon and Venus may 26, northern Italy
Yesterday I had good seeing conditions due to a HP system temporarily extending over central europe. I took the chance to shoot a moon mosaic af F 15 with the 180 mm MAK and ASI 174, luminance filter. Later I took some higher resolution images (F30) of moon formations. Venus was at the sunset. It was displaying about the same phase of the moon, but no real atmospheric details could be observed, at least with my scope with RGB composition. I aslo tried IR (> 685 nm), but no details emerged anyway
