halpha animation bis on June 3

Post by stef41 »

good evening everyone,

little by little, I'm fine-tuning my acquisitions and processing with this new equipment.
For example, I've just discovered that to avoid brightness fluctuations during animation, I need to do "dark tones / light tones" after alignment and cropping, hence the use of ImPPG this time :) (I know, it's not perfect yet)

So with the Mak 102/1325 equipped with its D-ERF , powermate x2.5, quark combo chromo, ADC and zwo178mm in binning x2

113 films of 600 frames every 30s between 13h10 and 15h23 UT
firecapture 2.6 acquisition and autoguiding
AS!3, photoshop, ImPPG, iris and virtualdub processing
