prominences animation on June 4

Post by stef41 »

Hello everyone,

a quick animation on an area that seemed promising because you can see (distinguish rather) a large protuberance in the upper left at the beginning of the anim ... which disappears like a soap bubble quickly :)
So an animation just for the pleasure of seeing spicules dance :)

on the Mak 102/1325 with D-ERF, powermate x2.5, quark combo chromo, ADC and zwo178mm binning x2

86 films of 600 frames every 30s between 09:39 and 10:36 UT
firecapture 2.6 acquisition and autoguiding
AS!3, photoshop, ImPPG and virtualdub processing
Gif reduced to 75% at 10 fps
