Hi everyone.
we had a wonderful Solarchat zoom meeting this past Sunday and I invite all of you to attend future ones.
It was decided by the group that we would put some restrictions on certain upload file formats because we keep getting gigantic tiff files being uploaded that no one else can see.
Anyway, some peoples files may have been deactivated after this change if they were not in the new formats listed.
I am happy to add additional file formats if anyone had a problem with this as long as they are relatively small files.
If there is a format that you would like included in the below list of usable formats, please come in here and I will add it in for you.

Re: Allowed Upload Extensions
Unfortunately, some file extensions have not come back.
[The extension pptx has been deactivated and can no longer be displayed.]
[The extension xls has been deactivated and can no longer be displayed.]
Perhaps, they may start working again. The attachments are still in the posts but the system no longer displays them. For one of my posts that had a slide presentation on how to use a spectroheliograph, I uploaded the presentation to my GitHub and then inserted a link.
