I found out about sol'ex a month ago and I was sufficiently fascinated to have embarked on writing a program for it myself.
Because I don't have a sol'ex myself this was developed only based on the 3 .ser files available on the web.
It extracts several images at the same time (doppler, subtraction, whitelight) and has several correction options. Saves as FITS and XCF.
It's made to interact with my own image processing program Image16 for further general processing like LCE, CLAHE, Wavelets, etc...
Download of instalation (win/wine) and sources (delphi): https://sourceforge.net/projects/shgserproc/
Processing of SHGs like Sol'Ex captured SER videos
