Sunday Session 11-02-2024

Post by Martin_S »

Today was cloudy and windy here in Brisbane today. The seeing was poor.
I managed to capture some of the M class flare in AR3576, I only got the tail end as the clouds were uncooperative.

Here are my best shots of the day.

Well done Martin. Tough gig for sure today. That flare looks amazing.

Fantastic animation capturing the flaring, Martin. The closeup image is truly excellent too.

Wonderful Martin! I have been wondering if it is even possible to expose short enough to capture a flare at its brightest without totally blowing out the image. Probably not but interesting to think about.
