Well, the Sun finally came out for a couple of hours this morning so I tried the Sol'ex again.
Below are two captures, in Ha and Hb.
I think the latter may have been more affected by seeing or a slight wisp of cloud during recording.

Interesting shot but IMHO unfortunately the grid overwhelms the image
