Just another pretty AR + Prom May 21

Post by Starry Jack » Thu May 21, 2020 5:20 pm

This is just another pretty AR and nearby Prom I took this morning.
152mm f6.5, Quark at Negative 5, Focal Reducer, No flat, processed in AS3 then IMPPG then GIMP; 25% of frames from a stack of 200. This is not a composite.

Cheers,
Jack

The prom looks a tad like it was snowing too...
Nice shot Jack.

I think the "Snow" effect on the prom was my over processing. I did discover a great tool in GIMP called Airbrushing. With that I was able to clean up some other shots I like as well where my better proms had so much background noise.

Jack, the snow-effect looks good as there appears to be some prom in it too, but at least that effect makes the Sun look hot !!
