Which ERF filter do you use? I am looking at the Baader Filters but the cell costs more than the ERF filter
Do you know other manufacturers or who produces cell - 3D-printed filter cells

I wouldn't bother spending the money on a full aperture ERF if those are the only scopes you'll be using (meaning nothing higher aperture than that).
I personally use my Quark on both an 80ed and 150 achromat for medium duration sessions during the summer (lets say 2-3 hours or so if there's plenty to see/capture). I use a sub-aperture ERF in the form of a 2" Baader 35nm H-Alpha (just a red filter will do as well), which basically narrows things down and reflects a lot of the energy back out before it even hits the Quark. Never had any issues with it (everything stays nice and cool).

You don't need a full aperture front mounted ERF/D-ERF for those apertures with a Quark.
Just use an internal 50mm (2") UV/IR block or similar filter on front of your diagonal or on a straight through extension. You can do this up to 150mm aperture on refractors.

35nm H-alpha filter in front of the Quark or diagonal. Forget ordinary UV/IR cut filters they are not protective.
