PST mount

Post by Joe »

Hi. I'm looking for suggestions for a cheap mount that can track the sun for a PST if anyone has any ideas? I just do visual observing so the emphasis is on cheap and not accurate. If it allows me to not adjust the view for a few minutes then it's done the job. I've always just used a basic camera tripod previously. I'm in the UK.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I have an Acuter Merlin Alt/az mount that works great with my PST but I am not sure you can buy it anymore :(
