Etalon manufacturer

Post by Bastelhannes »

Hello all,

does anyone, by accident, know a manufacturer of etalons? I would like to buy some customized etalons. Any hint is very appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Bastelhannes

You could try Bernhard Halle: https://www.b-halle.de/products/mirrors ... lates.html

This solution will be expensive, though!

Cheers.

As Peter stated, custom etalons will be very expensive, and appear made to a higher level of quality with tighter specifications,\.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

I am thinking about going the next steps. We currently face a lot of problems to get PST40 due to delivery problems.

Why not developing a complete new H-alpha device?

You can also try :
https://mpo.im/capabilities/

They made etalons with lambda/100 accuracy.

I am afraid all of this would be awfully expensive.

I know. I am pretty well aware of the costs. But I am not thinking in the dimensions fo 5 or 10 etalons.

I am curious about the possibilities...

I only give up, when alle the facts are against me... even then I am fighting.
