Altair 540nm

Post by alpha76 »

Bonjour à tous

J ai vue que la marque ALTAIR sort son continuum
Est ce que quelqu'un l'a déjà essayer
8nm de bande au lieu de 10nm pour le baader

Thanks for the heads up! Not used it, but can't imagine the 8nm will make much difference to the 10nm of the Baader.

I don't think 2nm will make much of a difference either. I guess buy which ever one is cheapest :)

Hasn't Baader now changed to 8nm with their 'double stack' Continuum filter which is twice the price of the original version?

Yet to see any evidence that the ‘double stack’ Baader filter provides any benefit over the single Continuum. Will be interested to see how the Altair performs.
