WoW, Rainer, studying your Ha mosaic I am thoroughly impressed by the detail and texture of your image. I don't think anyone here does a better full disc Ha image than you do. The fine details in those little proms, the repeated breaks in that north central filament show up so well. I didn't even notice those breaks visually in that filament today. The belt-like scattered ruffled disturbances in the north and south hemispheres are seen much better in your images than I can do visually and just look at the disturbed spicule field around AR13004! And look at that little thin filaprom at the NW limb. I would have had to use the SMII90 to see that!

Your WL image is closer to my visual view with the Orion70 but still sharper with better resolution. I certainly can see the light bridge in the umbra of the AR123004 better in your image than I could in my 70mm scope.

I have always preferred solar images colorized. You and Eric Roel are exceptions.

Now if you only had a CaK filter.

Two thumbs up!!

James
