Sol WL FD 2022.05.11

Post by nicosolcy »

2 more days till my ASI183 arrives and I can do full disks without photomerging and also at a higher resolution!

Until then, Sol at 07:30 (GMT+3) this morning. 3006 and 3007 continue to entertain us, and there are two very small spots on the right side of the patch at let's-call-it 9:30 on the clock. Don't expect these to develop to anything interesting, but still...

Rooftop is ideal and I just come to work, grab my gear (office is on 1st floor), a quick elevator ride to the 3rd floor and it's on like Donkey Kong!

Lovely shot and interesting setting. If that is a rubber membrane roof it does not seem to affect your imaging.

Cheers!

It's insulation for rain and since it is early am, no thermals to worry about.

Looks like you are really sorted and found the perfect spot :hamster: no excuses not to have the perfect image everyday. You could probably do an animation by the end of the month :)
:bow :hamster:

As soon as I get the 183 (that would be tomorrow afternoon), I will attempt to do so.

Problem is dust at the moment - my images suffer from it courtesy of the Sahara Desert….
