Full disk, Sun on 17th, May, 2022, 80APO+Quark+Apollo-M MAX cam, fair seeing

Post by MoonPrince »

Hi guys, I finally got a clear day for solar imaging. The Sun looks very active on 17th. This time I captured some huge prominences. It's a 6 elements mosaic, this camera give me very big exposure latitude, I can get very beautiful details of prominence and good contrast.
My equipments:
Telescope: LXY80APO F6
Mount: Sky-Watcher AZEQ6 GT
Accessories: Daystar Filters Quark Chromosphere,
Camera: Player One Astronomy Apollo-M MAX (IMX432), ERF filter.
Softwares: AS!3, imppg, Photoshop.

Very nice! What does the unprocessed version look like? Interested to see how the well depth performs in raw form.

No problem, here are two original stacked images, one is taken with ES127 and another is taken with 80APO, both of them use Quark and Apollo MAX cam.
