One nice big prom taken od 3rd of August, 2022. Does any one know the size of it? I read somewhere that it was about 325 000 km in length.
Montana, a question for you. You have Solar Spectrum filter? At what operating temperature does your filter work?

Lagonda, what a fabulous prom
You can measure the prom yourself using the solar ruler Regle Solaire, a guide here https://thesolarexplorer.net/index.php/ ... olar-ruler
Ruler download https://sites.google.com/site/astroblue ... ico-utiles
As regards the operating temperature of my SolarSpectrum (I've forgotten as it is so long since I used it I think it is 27 degrees but I find in my bent system 23-24 degrees is better (I think).
