animation of September 16 what not to do

Post by banjo »

hello all,
we had agreed to meet at 9am to do CaK with Sébastien Lebouc in the south east of France on his magnificent terrace, but no luck the Mistral (cold north wind which causes a lot of turbulence ) was part of the party (stupid French expression in this case.) he put away his C9.

what do we do? well simple skack with the 130 and the Lunt50 mod, ok!

Given the conditions we're going to make an animation, what do you think ---> ok here we go, firecapture in autoguiding mode and restore while it pedals quietly (like a sausage I don't look at what's left as space on the ssd) .

a candied beef cheek later, shitty disc saturated, but 180 .SER in fact and clouds that rotted the session well, we bent the gear, and 485kms later I process the films, damned I forgot to do the flats , what an idiot .!!!

so sorry for the quality of the film, but disregard the hiccups, there is potential (if someone has the solution, I'm interested)
Paul

Some great action there Paul but you do have some interesting artifacts in that sky background! Not sure what caused that blotchiness, it almost looks like dirt on the imaging window.

Great results, nevertheless, Paul. Lots of really interesting activity there.
