Superb, Simon. I guess the seeing was excellent for these.

Yes this is with a B3400 with some minor blems which i will deal with. Waiting on 3 pieces of glass from Lunt to replace it.

It was pretty good, not 100% perfect but I did have 0.5 arc second seeing which was great. The scope started to build up heat currents which is not a surprise given the size. I also need to release the pressure on the tuner after it gets baked outside

0,5" seeing is 200% perfect for a 6" aperture! If it was not 100% perfect, then it was far not a 0.5" seeing.

This is amazing!!!! A great piece of Art!!!
Simon I am speechless...
Congratulations!
I did not know you got the Lunt 152. Excellent. I hope and wish it will give you much more fun and amazing images.

What H-alpha filter(s) do you use with it?

I still have to catch-up with solar, since I am focused on Jupiter and the planets this period (nocturnal times). Will come later I hope.
Best wishes,
Alexandros

The 152 is a dedicated pressure tune doppler solar scope with a b3400 blocking filter. I also have a PST mod to get the double stack on it.

Thanks Simon. Sorry I was not so clear. Given that I have the Lunt 130MT and I am planning to pass to DS, can you please tell me which exactly is your PST mod and how do you connect it to the Lunt? A photo or a link would help a lot.

Best wishes,
Alexandros

In your case with the Lunt, you are better off using the internal pressure tune double stack as it will be optimal for that specific setup, the PST mod that I am using is actually geared towards my Daystar Gemini and not the Lunt.
