Aaron,
All of these are nice! I really like the animation too. The pink color I think helps show the granulation a bit better in the third image.

You use Astro-Tech scopes. I would like to use my AT72EDII for full disc photosphere work but when using my Altair wedge it won't come to focus with the camera. It doesn't have enough in-focus travel. It will focus with an eyepiece visually though. Do you have any issues like this with your Astro-Tech scopes? For full disc photosphere imaging I have to use the Orion 70 which has a glass filter over the objective. It comes to focus with the cameras fine.

Nice images.

Am I the only one who sees the blue disk constantly shrinking or receding?

Very odd. It doesn't happen with any other colour. :?
