I have only just registered with Solar Chat. There is some good information and help here. One thing I have learnt from the forum is not over sharpen. So at some time I think I will reprocess this image.
A bit late to the party now but here is my image of the Partial Eclipse. Not sure of file sizes etc so have kept it small. Mods please tell me if I should be post in a different loction etc. Thanks.

A very warm and sunny welcome :hamster: :hamster:

This is a super shot :bow :hamster: under 2MB is absolutely fine, no worries. There is no file size limit but we do ask folks to keep it to a minimum because what's the point of posting something huge when the forum resizes it and most folks won't be able to download it either, and uses up unnecessary forum space. So it is more a flexible size limit to be courteous and practical.

Very nice work Hugh.

There was another eclipse in Chile that went practically unnoticed back in April. Probably because we have no members there to image it! Here is a GONG CTIO capture I saved of it at the time.

Again. Very nice work Hugh. You have added another fine eclipse image of the European partial solar eclipse to those already posted here on SolarChat.
