Beautiful sunny day, 17F/-8.3C but I set up anyway, got a full disk, tried an animation but the seeing was really rough and my BF heater just could not keep up with these temps. Next time I'll try plugging it in to use the auxiliary heater this thing is supposed to have as well! I did notice when I got back inside and plugged it in it got much warmer. So just a full disk as anything closer was pretty much mush!

That full disc looks good Warren. I wonder how Brian Colville in Canada deals with his blockers in sub-freezing weather.

A lovely full disc you get another for bravery -8 degrees is cold! I think Brian has had his first major snowfall this weekend. For us in the UK it is just the same old grey skies. We tend to have two weeks of summer and 2 weeks of winter, the rest of the year is just cold (around 10 degrees), grey and damp I think you are very lucky to have proper seasons.

I do not think the equipment and heating is designed for such cold temperatures. I would be worried about the filters failing at these temps as well.
