Sol from the 21st of January 2023.
Hi:
After many months without going to the rural observatory that is 135Km from home, My wife and I went there for the weekend.
Well the weather was sunny but with many hi clouds and also thick lower ones, so I tried to use my old 150mm f/12 "Superplanetary" refractor, fitted with a very old Daystar ATM filter, but the mount an also old Losmandy H200 mount with Gemini system did not work, so found that the battery from the memory system was gone since long, so changed it but then had to reprogram the system, I spent several hours trying to do it but I could not, so had to reread the Gemini manual so to recall of how to do it.
Finally later on Saturday, the scope and scope were ready, but the clouds were making the seeing very difficult to focus, but tried some shots and these are the results.
Thanks for looking and wish you all a nice starting week.
Best regards,
Eric.

Superb pictures.
I do not look at the sky with the eyes of an astronomer, but of a person looking for the beauty of nature.
